size of products vary from diameter of 90 mm to 141 mm and thickness of 7 mm to 9 mm , all depend on the customer’s order . Also different size and model of these types of rings can be casted and finalized according to the customer’s order.
Making process of the products is consist of casting and turning
In the first stage fine materials method together to achieve the proper chemical composition ( which sometimes specialized by the request of customer).
After that the melted material will be casted in rotary machine to make fine tubes.
Afterward turning process will began in 5 different stages near 30 rings will be made out of a tube.
All the named process will be done within the company’s ground.

Brake disk are one of the most used parts in aftermarket and we are proud that producing different automotive brake disk in form of casted and finalized products depends on customer request.
These parts have been made out of grey cast iron and casted in sandboxes which made in an automatic line to achieve the finest casted parts.
Afterward with 4 stage turning on them, finalized brake disks will be made.
